Disposable trays are made of cellulose pulp, a natural, compostable and safe material for contact with food. In addition to being resistant to fats and oils, pizza trays are suitable for use in the microwave (max 3 minutes at 800 watts), in the traditional oven (max 4h at 100° C) and in the freezer (min -18°C).
